I just finished cleaning my MAF....after waiting forever....of course I reconnect the battery when finished....I then try to start and nothing! I got a few clicks...and now no response at all when I turn the key...? All electrical is working...radio,lights,locks, trunk... what do you all think...I am losing daylight!

What did you use to clean the MAF? They are very sensitive and you might have fried it. Also check all hoses/connections and make sure everything you took off to clean the MAF is properly installed.

First, disconnect the battery again. Might as well do this to both terminals, but dis-connect them and clean them off with some electrical contact cleaner if you have it, if not use baking soda, little dab of water, and scrub the terminals with a brush, as well as the post clamps. Reconnect, try starting again.

If that doesn't work, un-plug the MAF and see if the car will start then.

Make sure the ground wire on the negative wires that run to the battery didn't break or something.

if your getting a few clicks it sounds like to me that you have a dying battery or bad connection to the battery. if you have a volt meter check to see what the voltage is across the terminals. it may be as simple as hooking a charger up to your car. other ideas may be a bad starter or bad cables. a fried maf wouldn't keep the car from at least cranking over.
