Hi, I'm new to this board and if you guys could help me out , I would really be greatful. First off, I hav a 68 mustang that I bought last year. I worked fine till recently when the battery died and would take a charge. I took it to Firestone auto repair and they replaced the starter and rebuilt the alternator. However, they are finding that the battery is still losing power. What other possibilities could their be and how can I check them?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

Is it loosing power when it is just sitting if so then you might have a short that is draining your battery? If it is a short you can use an amp meter and pull fuses to narrow down the circuit it is in.

yes, it is losing power while standing. The mechanic said that it was losing 2 volts even after the alt. and staarter where replaced. Is there a diagram or something that I can visually see so I know what to check?

This is the wire diagram for a 68
