I need some help. There is a really bad squeaking noise coming from my passenger side front end. I can hear it when I am going down a bumpy road, going over speed bumps, or just sitting still and turning the steering wheel left and right. I can also push down on that side and hear it. And when I say "squeak" its a pretty deep sound. WHAT IS IT? Ball joint? Something to do with the steering? Wheel Bearing? Strut? Some fittings need to be greased? Let me know what you guys think and what I should do.
Thanks.

I had the same problem with my old Taurus. No grease fittings. The problem was the tie rod end at the spindle. I took a syringe and injected grease right through the rubber boot. Problem solved. It took about a day for the grease to do it's thing.

i have the same problem with 94 5.0 gt. i replaced the tie rod ends and it did not fix my problem. however it has turned out to be the rack and pinion bushing on the right side where it bolts to the chassis.
