Help-How do i remove the abs control unit in 99 cobra?

I believe my abs control unit is going bad in my 99 cobra. The dash light pops on daily and then goes off. when i took it to a mechanic, he was unable to communicate with it. I found a place that i used before on my tahoe that rebuilds them and has a 5 year warranty, but i cant figure out how to get it out of the car. it up front on passenger side behind radiator. it bolts to the unit with the brake lines. i can get the wiring off if need be, but the 6 bolts look like there is no room to get them out without moving the whole unit and i dont believe brake lines stretch.

has anyone done this or know how to do this??

dealer wants 1194 just for the part. i can get mine repaired for 160, and have used them before and they were great!
