HELP!!!! How easy is a 5.4 liter swap?????

whats up fellas me and my buddy are really interested in doing a 5.4 liter swap on are sn95's. since our cars already have over 100 thousand miles its about time for a new motor and we just thought that now would be a better time than any, so what we need to know is if there are any kinds of mods at all that you have to do to install the 5.4, if so anything would help. thanks
