Help! How to remove A-arm bushings?!?

Okay, I've searched and read everything- NOBODY says exactly how to remove the ****ing A-arm bushings after you get the bolts out of the arm!! I am waiting on the new ones so I don't even know what they look like when they're apart. If I'm an idiot and just missed the thread somehow, please point me in the right direction? Has somebody done a step-by-step on replacing these demon-possessed little bastards? :damnit:

So you have the a-arms out of the car? They should just pop out if i remember correct.

Just pray them out.. No not pry I mean pray! Those suckers can be bastards!! I end up ripping them out in pieces.. some will be able to be pressed out with a 20 ton press but others either torch em or chunk them..

Well, there's a dichotomy of response- they either fall out or it takes a 20-ton press?!? WTF, over- anybody else?

I used a drill and a big bit, took about 30 seconds

We use a press. But in the past I have used a drill to make multiple holes, then beat them out. I have also used a welding torch to burn them out - smelly though!
