i hope its just a blown fuse, but it may be worse. i hit a bump pretty hard today and instantly my radio shut off. zero power. after more prodding, i found my one touch driver side window isnt one touch anymore. the power window still works, its just not a one touch anymore. also, my windshield wipers dont work either. thats all i could find that didnt work. windshield wipers, radio, and the auto window. what could it be?? a fuse? somthing more serious??

Probably a fuse or fuses. Check them all.

werd, "you're". ok, so where can i get these fuses with 30, 40, or 50 on them, depending on which need to be replaced. they are much larger than just the regular fuses ive seen

Autozone should have them, also a test light would help to see if you're getting power to the fuses and if they are dead or not. Good luck, check it tommorrow. Man, I used all of the grammar lessons in that post as well.

Test light would help, but make sure it is a computer/airbag safe test light, not one of those old ghetto test lights those are not safe on new cars. Dan

To your question...it could be a those rely things too that run stuff like your hazards or turn signals for wipers. They would be hard to check.

As your to fuse question... If you cant find the maxi fuses at Autozone..go to a car audio shop

The big fuses in my distribution block are the maxi fuses. The little ones in the amp are the ATO/ATC normal size fuse.(yes this picture was during install so things are cleaned up now)

The ATO/ATC fuses are 35 amps and below. The Maxi's start at 50 amps..I didnt realize we had Maxi fuses under the hood. I'm going out the car to check that out. 50 amps seems high ...power windows maybe ??

Hope this helps
