Hi there - I'm looking at buying my first fox body. The one I've found, advertised as all original, seems to have a different AC compressor than what I normally see in other pictures. Can anyone help me understand if this is an original OEM or aftermarket?
You could buy your mustang wity factory A/c or have the dealer install an aftermarket kit of you wanted ac without the bundled options. Dealer air used a Sanden compressor. That looks like it.
Recently, aftermarket kits have been developed to replace factory ac with modern 134a setups. I believe they also use a Sanden conpressor
