Help!! I'm going insane with this thing!!

I've been chasing problems with this car since last october. Surging, stalling, misfires.. changed every little part imagineable..finally pulled the motor..found 3 cracked pistons..ok, got new motor complete with forged internals (crank, rods, pistons, rings, valves, all the little things), Post new motor: ran great for the first week.. second week started stalling and rough idle all over again.. now cylinder 5 isn't firing. Have yet to check the compression but i'm sure it's back to 0. The new motor hasn't ever seen boost ever in it's life..and it's never seen above 3500rpms under load (been reved in neutral to 6k).
Any ideas would be apreciated...

why would you rev it to 6k in neutral, dry reving is never good, especially on a new engine not broken in. That is probably your problem, IMO

You also say that it never seen boost, is the S/C hooked up still, if so, what is your A/F ratio, sound like you could be running lean also
