I do not have at least 9.6 mm of clearance on the clutch fan to the fan shroud on the bottom. Like is needed.

How much is safe to cut on the rubber lower holders for the radiator??

I only have about 4mm of clearance on the bottom of the fan shroud between the fan.

It looks like you have an excuse to buy an electric fan, but I really don't think 4 mm is going to make a difference on the rubber insulators. I would say cut until your satisfied. If your engine mounts are going bad your fan might still hit the shroud though.

One option. Switch to an electric fan. You will get more room and they work great, even in really really hot weather.

Well I'm going to un-install this radiator since it's just a 3 row copper and Bought a Ford Racing Aluminum Radiator thats 2 row.

It comes tomorrow and should fit much better. I probebly will buy an electric fan so I won't have to worry about it. Most likely the ProForm Fan.
