What is the book value of your car? A guy over on Mustang6G wrecked his GT and they totaled it. He had a book value of 33K and 32K in damage. Most insurance companies will total a car if the damage exceeds 50% of the book value. From the pics I would say there is at least 20K in damage, hell the headlights alone are 5K and an 18 eco probably has a book value of 23-25K so I would say it's gonna be totaled.

Personally....I don't think your car is totalled. Frame rail still looks straight and minor damage to the quarter panel. Maybe around 10- 15k in damage...

Looks like the fender, hood and corner of bumper took the most of it. Hard to tell without seeing the upper rail that the fender bolts to. If that's bent it'll eat a bunch in labor cost to cut it out and spot weld a new one in.

Even 15K and it's totaled. Probably even 10K and it would be totaled. Don't forget it's only an eco stang, unless the car has a book value over 30K it's a total loss. The only way it would be over 30 is if he bought it last week and it was a loaded eco, or a vert.

Blue book value with miles and everything is 16k-18k I measured the frame and the front frame is pushed about 10 inches to the driver side of the car

The front frame is pushed 10 inches to the drivers side the motor is leaning to the drivers side as well and the main frame piece the front fender bolts on to is bent at the curve it’s not looking good man

If your book value is 16-18K, then you can kiss that car goodbye. From the damage you have at least 10K or more. Even being generous, 9K is 50% of the value so it's a goner. Some insurance companies will total a car at 40% and if yours is one of them and they deem the value at 16K, well then your cutoff could be as low as 6.4K

Oh and mustangs don't hold their value very well. 16-18K for a one year old car that was around 30K new sounds about right. Mine was 48K two years ago and book value for mine is around 25K.
