Right now I have Factory Manifolds into a Bassani O/R X into the stock catback with welded in 40's.

I personally think it sounds like ass. Anytime around 1700-2500rpm under load it *resonates*. Other than that, it sounds like hell is driving down the highway.

I would like to know if anyone on here has/had the same setup, and what you've done to correct the sound.

Specifically, I'd like to know the best catback I can by to go with this setup to eliminate the *resonating/rattle*.

Or if I'm hooped, and should bite the bullet and sell the X. If it is anyway possible to avoid this, I would like to.

I had that setup and LOVED it.
-Before i recommend a different catback, do you find your setup to be too loud or do you like it like that?

I love it this loud.
The only thing I would change is to get rid of the *resonating* at certain RPM.
Well the resonating is from the infamous "drone" from the Flowmaster mufflers. If you like it that loud, i would definitely go with the Bassani Street Competition Catback. Ive heard 1 GT with it and it was AMAZING. For the best price go to www.houstonperformance.com and call them and tell them what you want. Apparently H.P. gives the BEST prices on Bassani. Good Luck :flag:
