Does this item exist before 2005

The side window louver/scoop or CL-2 c-pillar panel im not sure the correct name really.??? I can not seem to find it anywhere, thomas91169 has one I talked to him but still cant find the place he was talking about. Does anyone know where I can get these (link)? Everywhere i look has them only 2005+
