I would not worry about duplicating others' springs, because the same springs will give a different ride height in different cars.
I put 17 x 8's with a 5.00" backspacing on my kids' '65, with 235/45-17's. I like the 5.00" because you can always use spacers to subtract backspacing -- this car needed a 7/32" spacer on the fronts -- but to add backspacing is all but impossible.
To fine tune stance, start out with too high and work your way down. In front, cut the coils 1/4 coil at a time. A 1/4 coil cut produces about a 3/8" drop, but ymmv. In the rear, do the "Opentracker" mod, which is to put the small leaf from you take-off spring pack and mount it upside down on your new springs.
This pic shows my kids' '65 with the front coils missing about 1/2 coil apiece (they started out as Pro-Motorsports progressive rate springs 350-480 lbs). Also a 1" Shelby drop, using Maier Racing realigned UCA's. The rears are unaltered Maier 4.5 leafs:
I am now running the "Opentracker" mod on the rear leafs because I replaced the Maier springs with some Eaton 153 lb/in 4-leaf springs and they set too high.
My point is, start out with too much backspacing and too much ride height and work your way down. Working your way up, in all three apps, is next to impossible.
