I did the AODE to t5 swap yesterday and I don’t know if it’s because the computer and battery was undone. Or if the car has somehow jumpt timing but the idol is surging up and down and when you push the gas down in gear it will go but theirs no power. Is there a vacuum line on t5? Or is their something im missing all together?

it's probably the computer freaking out. keep starting it, go around the block a couple times, shut it off, let it cool, start it again.

Did you delete the trans stuff in the computer or change the computer out?

If not right now your car is trying to figure out why the car is not communicating with the trans...
