Help me quick if possible!!

I just filled up my 3650 with new fluid, I now have 4 empty bottles of royal purple but no fluid coming out of the fill hole. Am I missing something, I am pretty knowledgeable of cars but what is going on?? I did spill a little bit on the ground but not a whole lot, someone enlighten me please.

I've heard (not sure if correct) some say "fill it to the lower edge of the 'fill hole'". If this is correct... is the car siting level?

I know it only comes out if you overfill it but you are supposed to be able to fell it with your first knuckle and I can't. Guess I will go buy some more tomorrow seeing as they are closed now.

Also depends where you filled it from give it a hour then check

4 quarts is perfect. I got 3.75 in mine, has been that way since July of 04.

Simple, you do not want to overfill the 3650 transmission. T-5's and rear ends are a different animal. This information came right off of the Tremec website last year when I swapped my fluid out.

according to Ford TSB you should only refill it with 3qts 6oz of fluid..

There was some poor soul here few month back. He pour the fluid until dripping, and last i knew, he was fighting with the dealer to get new trans under warrenty...

anyone remenber who that was? it was guy with sonic blue GT if i remenber right
