my idle screw on my throttle body broke off and it broke the piece of aluminum that holds it in there i was wondering would coming from a 60mm to a 55mm be a big difference? in performance...

It would make a difference.Go to E-Bay.You can pick up a 60mm all day for $10.00 or less.They're everywhere.Go look.
