I admit i havent been on here in a long time.. i cant ever resist being away from a mustang for very long. When i saw this 4 banger on craigs for 500 buck i knew i couldnt pass it up. Yes i want to do a 5.0 or a 5.7 swap in the future but for now i want to enjoy the good gas milage. And heck id much more rather be seen in a fox 4 cyl than a Honda!!
Its got this wierd vibration/loss of power/sounds like a lawn mower from 2200 to 3200 rpm. It isnt consistent or all the time just most of the time. Only under power in gear not when in neutral. Not really sure where to start? any suggestions? not sure if its common or sounds familar.
