so im trying to think out plans in my head for the far off future (crazy i know, it helps me make better decisions though). one day i hope to be auto-xing and open tracking with my car. so im wondering about the engine.
i know im gonna need a better cooling system, ect... im planning on afr 165's, nice trick flow intake mani, a 306, tremec trans, 24 lb. injectors, custom ground cam, custom springs... but im wondering. that should be in the ballpark of 350 hp somewhere with the bolt ons it needs. thats around the borderline how much a stock block can take, and because i want to open track, ect.... do i need to get something with thicker walls and a 4 bolt main? or can the blueprinted and .030 over stock block hold up?
flaming to a minimum here, im just trying to learn...

thats what im hoping for.. tiny turbos attached to the end of big ass longtubes equals a easy spool.. i'm looking at 12ish psi.. girdles, gt40p heads, gt40 intake.. all ported out.. my 2021 cam i have now.. finish some little things on it.. and maybe a damn 4 point cage just so i dont rip the car apart
