I'm installing Eiback Pro strutts for my 2001 Mustang GT. I installed one side with the suplied spacers even though the original strutts didn't have any. I can't install any spacers for the other side. Any suggestions?

When I measure the space between the back of the flanges, the ones with the mounting holes, I need only one spacer to match the stock strut, not two as the other side needed. Should I instal it on the front side or the back side?

...I can take it. I think.

When you say front and back do you mean top or bottom? I installed mine on the top side.

I'm talking about the lower part of the strut. Where it conects to the spindle with two bolts.

Ah...gotcha.

Usually the spacer will be on the nut side. I don't recall if I had to use any on mine but if I did it would have been on the back side.

Thanks COrampant.

I think that your way will be easier than putting it in the front. Your way allows the bolt to hold the strut to the spindle while I play with the spacer. I think a wheel alignment will correct the strut being off center eather way, but I don't want to limit the caster.
