Help on getting a special tool?

Hi there.

I live in Brazil and I own a 95 GT with 15K miles on it.
I have to change the fuel pump that seems to have given up!

I like to do some minor repairs myself but sometimes little annoying things get it the way.

I happens that I am having some trouble on disconnecting the fittings from the pump because I do not have the Duck Bill clip fitting disassembly tool.

I just do not find such little tool around here so I was wondering if someone up there is US would be willing to go through the trouble of getting one for me and sending it to Brazil.
It could be sent via USPS. They have the "Global Priority Mail" to São Paulo which is 5 dollars or less and gets here in a couple of days.
I could send money for the tool, the shipping and other handling expenses via Paypal.

Anyone out there willing to help?
Creative idea on how to remove that clip without damaging the fuel lines would be also appreciated.

I know I am not the most skilled person in the world but, honestly, I tried everything I could to spread those clips... For hours and with the tank hanging

The idea of the tools came when I was reading more carefully my Haynes Repair Manual and they mention this small tool that, at least in the picture, seemed to make the job a walk in the park.

It seems they will do the trick. Now I have to find a way to get them here without costing me an arm and a leg.
I have just visited Summit and they have 24 bucks handling charge and shipping to brazil can only be calculated after I buy...
Geez...
If I do not take care the tools can end up costing more then the new fuel pump!
