ive got gt40P heads and mac shorty headers...stock spark plugs dont fit and a few others dont either....what is the CORRECT spark plugs that will not cause any trouble tighting or putting the spark plug wires on....thanks for any of ur help
Its really not too difficult, you go to a parts store, and ask for copper spark plugs for a 97 Ford Explorer 5.0. If you dont have p specific headers then you shoulda done more research.
There is no correct spark plug or fix. P heads generally require Ford Racing headers or long tubes. There are some people that have hacked up fixes and a SEARCH will find them for you.
