Hey there,
I'm the owner of a '76 302 coupe, got whacked by a chick in a 2004 Jetta, wheel got all busted in. I finally took everything apart, seems like it's all mechanically sound except for the upper control arm.
I checked ebay, some guy wants $200 for a complete set, problem is, I'm about to graduate, money is tight, and all I need is one upper control arm.
Does anybody have one lying around? If so, let me know, we can discuss the price--I'm a fair person.
I thought about going through Mustang II Specialty shop, but I've decided (based on expereience) that this would be a last resort, cost-wise.
Feel free to call me at (262) 227-0079 if you have anything. And would like to help (for a price, of course).
Trying to get my Stang back on the road,
Badger

PS--sorry for posting here too, I'm desperate

Badger, $10 plus shipping. Will need to be cleaned and checked. Jon

It does--too busy. In that 5 years I've graduated from college and am about to graduate from law school (on the 21st of this month! :D ). In fact, I'm working on a take-home exam right now. My trek has taken me from Milwaukee to Maine, and on to New Orleans. So much has happened in all of that time--just this year I've had a car accident, a hurricane evacuation, and a pistol-whipping at the hands of three muggers with a revolver. But, there's been lots of good life expereince along the way, and I guess I'm not doing to bad for a public school kid from Milwaukee, LOL.
That's really the big deal with the car. I got it in senior year of high school. It's the only thing in my life that has stayed consistent since I left home. My dog's gone, the girl I loved could care less, my Mom remarried to some guy I can't stand after my dad passed--but I STILL have that car. I'm sure everybody's been there.
Last note: it's not like I don't want to meet other mII enthusiasts, it's just that besides being busy, I am geographically hamstrung. I mean, Maine and New Orleans aren't exactly centrally-located. Oh well.
On to Boston, I guess.
