i need help on my 2000 GT mustang convertable roush
I was trying to install an amp kit as well as a componant stereo kit. I got the power wire through the clutch wall part, and after I put the car back together, the check engine light came on. I read the manuel and it speaks of emissions, I didnt touch my exhaust in any way shape or form. The gauges also reset themselves and the milage gauge keeps resetting to zero . The front-right and back right tweeters are down also. I think i might of blew the stock amp in front but the left channels still function. any help would be appreciated
thanks

...I can take it. I think.

Sounds like you have a wire crossed somewhere. Just rechack all of you connections. As for the engine light it may be a coinsidence. Disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes (also a good idea to do this when troubleshooting your sound system) then reconnect and see if that takes care of the light. Otherwise take the car and have the code read to see what it is.
