My emergency brake lever has never worked the way it is supposed too. I have installed new rear cables rear shoes, drums, and hardware all new but Rachet action has never worked. If I pull up on e brake lever it goes up maybe 2 inches and when released I can feel rear brakes still on.
I have read many threads on this matter but I still don't get it so I'm asking if anyone is familiar with this please Pm me I need help
