help with AOD build PLEASE!

ok, my AOD has 111k miles and is starting to slip. what should i get to go in it to rebuild and BUILD it up. i want it to be able quite a bit of hp for future mods. should i get 1 piece imput shaft and red alto bands? if u guys could make a little list of what i would need that would be AWESOME! THANKS!

Well, here's a bunch of info I've worked up doing lots of
research and doing my own upgrades.

Since I wrote this, I've found that my Baumann kit is
likely the cause of low rpm downshifts which I'm not
really happy with, which has been corroborated by
other Baumann kit users. Still working on this issue.

I'm looking into the Lentech valve bodies, also liking the
looks of the 1-2-3/OD shift pattern, and maybe also
the different clutches used for 3rd, eliminating the use
of the skinny and weak center shaft for 3rd.
