I own an 83 mustang as you can tell and it has an 87 truck block with all the part off the 83 motor in it,except for new pistons and bearings. The pistons are stock compression height, And i was wondering big if a lift cam can i run on this stock engine. Please help i cant install my trick flow heads and victor jr inake till i know if i need to put differant pistons in it to accomadate the cam.
