Ok changed from 3.8 auto to 5.0 manual .Got complete 5.0 car that was junked minus trans.Changed motor plus wireing harness plus computer the car ran great but auto trans would not shift. Bought an auto computer #W4HO off ebay and installed yesterday now car will hardly run, but trans shifts. Is a 94 Mustang an used 94 parts and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The pcm you got is for an auto trans stang 
Auto trans stangs have a module located in the dash that has something
to do with the auto trans
So ... As I have seen some say on this forum
You need more than just the pcm for your swap
I know for sure specific details have been given on more than one
occasion by Don95Vert so use that name in a search
