Help with my Predator tunner

Ok i just got this thang and i dont have 93 octane in there and i have no clue like what rpm i want my shift points at and then the shift frims i am lost there too..Thats all i want to change right now whats the best settings for this..Later on tonight it will have 93 and then what will i need to change very lost here! Thanks everyone

I set my WOT shift points at the track. I set them so it shifts about half a second after the nose starts to fall. I got my best ETs that way. It ended up being something like 5750 to go into 2nd, then 5700 for going into 3rd and 4th.

Shift firmness is a personal thing. I settled on something like 35, 25, 10. Anything higher than that was too jerky. Anything lower was kinda soft. These may or may not be what you like. The beauty of it is you can change it as many times as needed to get the setting that are best for you.

When you get that 93 octane go ahead and change the timing. Check out the larger thread on that subject. SOTP gains.

The timing increase is at WOT only as a sidenote. FWIW, I have it maxed out at +10% in both ranges. It's nice.

I actually run my timing advanced as far as it will go and I can still run 89 octane. Even with 89 no ping. Runs like a champ.
