OK, the car im working on is a 1989 5.0.
Im trying to put 4cyl Springs in the front, there the samel length as the 5.0's stock ones i have.
Now I bought an internal spring compressor from Princess Auto.

Now, i compressed the spring and got it in place, got the strut back in, etc... But i then couldnt find anyway to get the compressor out? i couldnt drop it through the bottom, and I couldnt try the compressor another way because the rod would just hit the top where the top of the spring goes.
HOW did other people compress there springs in themselves?!!! HELP!!!! Now remember im swaping in stock length springs, not lowering springs, so I have to compress them.
