helppp blown fuse / wiring problem

I have a 2000 mustang gt I was removing the radio and plate to replace the HVAC plate when i removed the radio the constant 12v wire hit the shifter ball and shorted out now the problem im having is the radio isnt working, theres no constant voltage on the radio harness, everytime i shut the car off it seems to reset the battery and clears the memory reseting the trip odometer also i noticed that the wipers arent working at all any help would be appreciated also any fuse pannel layouts or wiring diagrams
