YEAH! Herb Chambers Ford just got a huge truckload of factory brand new Mustang GT's and V6 Mustangs. They already put 2 of them in their showroom and they have another dozen or so outside in the lots. These cars look nice, but they are too bland looking from the side view. Ford needs to add some blown hood and side scoops on them.

A dozen compleatly flys in the face of all established fact on the distribution of the New 2005 Mustangs.

For the record that established fact was initial allocation was 2 per dealership, large dealerships getting 4.

I dont believe this. Post pictues.

It is a Ford dealership in Mass. And while I am not going to call PerformanceRed a liar. Until we have some supporting evidence (Photos). This has about as much credibility as the BON articles. And on Brad's site one of the employees of the plant stated they just started shipping today.

mat0045 over on the Forums at Brad's Mustang Source had this to say about our friend PerformanceRed's spotting of the new 2005 Mustangs at Herb Chambers Ford.

"I just got off the phone with the inventory managers out at Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree *and* Westbrough. They have not recieved shipment of any '05 Mustangs yet. "

I don't think that I am lying or that I am talking BS because my buddy called me from the dealership. My buddy lives up in Massachusetts and he saw the cars when he drove by Herb Chambers and he "saw" with his own eyes that there was a full truckload of Mustangs on the tractor trailer. He also told me that the tractor trailer was unloading 2 of these cars inside the dealer's showroom. And it looked like the driver was ready to also unload the rest of the Mustangs that were on the carrier. I was not there to see this for myself, but I trust that my buddy wasn't lying to me when he told me this. WHY would he lie to me? I am excited as everyone else in here to see the 2005 Mustangs at the Ford dealerships. Could it be that maybe the cars which Herb Chambers Ford was getting were already sold and that they were putting them in hiding so nobody else ccould get to them except their rightful owners? This could be a possibility. Maybe Herb Chambers doesn't want to say anything about this. Who knows? But I still do believe my buddy about the dealership having a few 2005 Mustangs somewhere on their dealership property.

Why would your friend lie?

Why would the dealer lie, when specifically asked, "Did you receive any 2005 Mustangs yet; sold or unsold, V6 or GT?" By the way, the reply was, "We expect to have some on the lots by the end of the month. I don't think any of them are available for purchase though."

im not calling you a liar...i honestly dont care if they have them delivered of not...but fyi....when cars come off the carrier at a dealership they dont go directly into the showroom...they need to be put into thier paperwork inventory...written up and have a pre delivery inspection performed and then have all the plastic protection taken off and have the car cleaned....not a fast process...

Hey peyotesands,
WTF does that mean? I don't have an Avatar because I don't have a digital camera. Please be considerate unto others like me in here. I did nothing wrong to you to have you talk like that to me. YOU are the one who has to get his s h i t together, not me.

Doesn't this kind of fly in the face of your first post in this thread where you say: "They already put 2 of them in their showroom and they have another dozen or so outside in the lots. These cars look nice, but they are too bland looking from the side view. Ford needs to add some blown hood and side scoops on them."

Now correct me if I'm wrong (cuz I'm not) but you state factually that they "have anogther dozen or so outside in the lot" Doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room with the it looked like they were going to unload them bs. further your statement about how these cars look, it implies that you saw them (these cars) as in the cars in the lot and on the show room. You can likely BS your way out of this last sentence, but the implication is clearly that looking at them in the lot you were taken by how plain they looked.....

I gotta go with an earlier poster who said asshat.

Then again I don't have an avatar and I haven't done anything with "my garage" so I don't quite understand what that has to do with anything.

Hey Whatever man.

I just cleared my statement by saying that my buddy saw these cars. I did NOT imply that I personally saw these cars myself. I don't live in Massachusetts so I wouldn't know what's going on at Herb Chambers Ford there, but my buddy who lives there probably does. Why would he want to lie to me?
