but they lifted and turned, when they went down they weren't able to roll of!!!!!! any thoughts and what to do next?

J/K man. I really wouldn't know what else to tell you that these guys haven't. Haha, JT & I were throwing all kinds of random ... common tech at you with the way you initially described the problem. Turns out, it's a totally different kind of problem. Mechanical. This type of problem is REALLY hard to even attempt to diagnose without being there ..... tearing it apart & seeing it first hand. I hope you get it all squared away soon! I know it's a killer to have your car down.
