Hesitation and Stumbling

I just replaced the wires, the spark plugs and the fuel filter. My car still hesitates and stumbles when I'm at operating temperature and above an idle. It does it in neutral and in drive. Mostly it happens at 2k rpm's and usually not at wot. It causes the car to jerk and the tach kinda jitters and bounces around. What is going on? Timing? Dirty injectors? It also seems to happen intermittently. This is the first time it's happened 2 days in a row and hadn't happened before this for a week. Anyone have any ideas? It also stumbles if I coast at 3 or 4000 rpms with no gas... I'm thinking timing but I haven't changed it and the distributor isn't tight... idea's idea's idea's, please share.

I had a bad EGR valve that made my car do that same kinda thing. And the EGR does nothing at WOT so that is why I couldnt feel any stumbling when I really jumped on it. Dont know what cause my EGR valve to go bad but when I replaced it the stumbling went away. Do you have a code scanner? I used the code scanner and that's what it said the EGR was bad.
