Hey i got a 600 giftcertfict to summit for my 20 th birthday today and i want to get a cam for my 91 5.0 lx what all on the valetrain should i replace if i were to get a e303 or a b303 cam would i need bigger rr's? do i need a new timing chain? if you guys could post some remarks that would be wounderful. i wouldnt mind spend more then what i was giving for my birthday..

Ford cams are outdated. Also, you need to match the cam to the heads and intake otherwise its not going to be as useful.

I wouldn't put a cam on a stock motor, get heads and an intake
