I browsed through your pics sticky. Really nice cars, I live in a town of 55,000. I dont think there is a single II here.

Ive always liked the II's. I want to pick up a project car next year, maybe I will shop around for a II.

How hard is it to find parts? I would think interior pieces are hard to come by.

What are the hardest parts to find? I j-yard alot.

you answered your own question in the 3rd sentence.
how many have you seen in the j-yard??
for parts i guess e-bay,classifieds,or local treasure hunting should point you in the right direction.

V8 motor mounts weren't easy for me to find. We ended up getting our mechanic to refabricate what we thought were "v8 motor mounts" turns out they were pinto ones! Most of the parts I get for my car were made for the 79 spec motor so... it's not as hard. They do make some things for II's still. Check out the mustangs unlimited catolog. They still got our backs. Good luck on finding a II!

No, white cargo panles for a hatch are the rarest of them all.
