Yes, that is an aftermarket supercharger...looks like a procharger to me.

Look for, as in what?

Stock 4.6 internals are like a timebomb with a supercharger, depending on how much boost it makes. You might want to take this over to 4.6 Talk, for better answers.

That cobra R wing is cancer - and that car's not worth it with that milage unless it's a built block.

If you do buy it, get rid of that huge wing, it only goes with the Cobra R. It looks like it's got a Pro-charger. I would try to deal lower than $13,995. Maybe $13k-$13.5. They probably won't give you much slack because of that Pro-charger.
