personally i have a problem with ANYTHING being shipped from China.
and by the way. HID fog lights and driving lights are a bad idea if you are using them for their intended purposes. Which is driving in in-climate weather.
Every driven in a serious rain storm or snow storm with HIDs alone?? It's no fun at all. That's why almost all HID equipped cars have foglights and they are not Xenon.
HID causes bad reflection in the rain and snow, also fog dependent on the density.

found a guy on ebay who sells complete HID kits for ~ $75 shipped to my door so i just had to buy the HID fogs to match the headlights :D
just gotta spend some time searching around.
got 8000k HID's in my headlights and foglights. lemme know if you wanna see a pic of what they look like.

There really is no Mustang specific kit out there. So as long as you get a HID kit with the right bulbs you need, then it's good to go.

Just find a HID kit with the 800 series bulbs for your fogs.

eBay has the cheapest HID kits. They're good, but sometimes you might get a bad ballast every now and then. But it's a great deal. I've had no problems with my ebay HID kit.

That fact is emphasised when putting them in halogen housings not designed for that particular light.

Today i was sitting in traffic on my way home from work and was in front of a 99-04 that had HID's...8K-10K from the looks of it. I was about 100 feet in front and he was blinding me in my rearview. I had to actually flip it up and let him pass and drove behind him. It was nice because that part of the highway had no street lights and he lit everything up, but he was also lighting the trees up 30 feet above the road. I felt bad for whoever was coming the other direction.

:nonono: if i was in law enforcement i would definitly pull him over.

Yup,

before anyone knocks me...i used to run 8K HID's in my Mustang. But it was glaring so much i took them out just cuz i don't need any stupid tickets. It did look awesome as hell though. I still got the kit, debating on getting some 893's and putting them in the fog lights and angling them more downward. The fogs do crap. I figure it will look cool when i drive around with no headlights on and just parking and fog lights at dusk without really blinding anyone.

ya i ordered both heads and fogs, but im gonna put the fogs in first and if thats good enough then i may sell the headlights, b/c i have luminics ultra white bulbs and they have a blue tint to em, and they look real good, but i cant see ****...and the fogs do absolutely NOTHING....i intended on just getting fogs but when i came across this and that link i told my mom how cheap they were and she said shed pay for em as my xmas present:) so ill wing it once i get em

I had Luminics ultra white 800 series bulbs in my fogs, and at first they looked good to me too. But compared to real HID, they looked like regular yellow halogen bulbs next to my HID headlights lol.

Over the past couple years i've tried them all... Eurolites, Eurodezigns, Nokya, Hella, Silverstars, Extreme Vision, Luminics, etc. Now i can spot fake HID headlights a mile away. They have a blue look but just don't have the crisp, clear lighting output of real HID. No halogen bulb can compare.
