Sounds like a air leak, at first I thought it might be the IAC but it seems ok. It idles fine and runs smooth except for the noise, And there is no supercharger. Any Ideas ??

Check for a vac leak. My moms 95 was making the same noise. Turns out that the vac line that ran close to the metal EGR tube actually came into contact with it and melted open.

also check to make sure your pcv hasent blown out,mine does it all the time.also if you have a bbk throttle body they sometimes whistle,mine does.
