I have a 89 5.0 and it has had a high idle since I got it out of storage. I did a tune up and put a new iac motor. It used to idle at about 700 rpm's now it is closer to 1000, also when I push in the clutch the rpms actually got up about 200 rpms then drop real slowly. I was going to replace the tps but I am not sure what one goes on it because I replace t awhile back and was not told there were three to choose from so I just got the one they gave me. Was also kinda thinking it could be a vacuum leak but am not quite sure where all to look. any suggestions?

Did you battery die and need a re-charge?
if you computer lost power for more than 30 mins it must re-learn idle
drive it 100 miles and it should go away!
