Those don't look too bad, but who knows. You'll just have to try em and find out. I bought fog light bulbs from a similar company before and they lasted a good long time. 
I have also used the Silverstars, and while they seemed slightly whiter, and brighter, I was not very impressed with their performance.....or their price tag.
