torque is a wonderful thing!...

in the last two days, a couple aggressive drivers found themselves with a windshield full of spun gravel......

today some dirt bag started honking (and wouldnt stop) at me cuz he decided to block an intersection instead of hanging back, even though it was obvious i had a car less than 2 feet in front of me and nowhere to go. gravel.

last night, i ran into 3 vehicles racing around doing well over double the speed limit at night, in a residential area near my house, then they decided to all pull a u-turn in an intersection and turn around. 2 did, cutting me off, but i was pissed and i drove in the way of a the brand new bmw and floored it, gettin sideways makin sure to hit em with some gravel in the front and side..... maybe they'll learn there is a place to do that crap eventually.....

Oh I know what you mean its evey man for himself on the road, I used the stang as a traffic director many a time.

Lets see... I had somebody that offered me 4 grand for my car going 65mph.

When I want to change lanes people actually make way, when I drive my parents '96 Cutlass I have to act like I'm gonna hit them when I have change lanes.

When I had my Escort wagon people would want to pass me even when I was speeding

ill advised

lol I get that also. With me it actually depends on which Mustang I'm in. When driving the '92 which looks, sounds and is basically stock; I get people constantly "showing me up" or just sort zipping around me like flies. When I'm in the '90 I get a lot more space. Plus people seem to be more tentative when pulling away from a light. In general though I'm a pretty passive driver during my daily commute. I leave for work with plenty of time to spare, so I won't be up tight and counting every second all the way in. Weekends are an entirely different story.

I stay in the slow lane like an old man. I've learned that patience is indeed a virtue and that getting there a couple minutes late is usually better than a ticket or worse. If you needed to be there earlier you should've left earlier...that's what my granny used to always tell me.

My friend ported cars for a dealer and he said the top speed of the 00-01 Focus' was about 95-98MPH before the entire wheel started shaking violently.

yep...i just cruise...everywhere. Not annoyingly slow like old people, but just enough that people get it.

then when I come up on those old people who are literally 10-20 below the speed limit....they get the pipes, and usually cut off, but I have terrible road rage
