I just got approval to hire a bunch of new people for a few different positions.
1. Call Before You Dig screeners
Plug address into map and check it against the location of customer cable and dispatch/clear as needed.
Starts at $10.00 an hour with full benefits
2. Call Before You Dig supervisor
Oversees the positions described above
Starts at $12.00 an hour with full benefits
3. IT help desk Dispatcher
Takes requests from people in need of IT help and dispatches accordingly. Follows up on all tickets to insure customer is satisfied. Some IT knowledge is needed for general understanding of the end user's issues.
Starts at $12.00 to $14.00 DOQ with full benefits
Schedules are all full time anywhere within 24 hours as it is a 24X7 call center environment.
