Hitting/Vibrating I think it's the Control Arms

I am getting a hitting / Vibration when I take off or when I hit it hard.
Would this be worn out Control arm bushings causing this?

I know it’s not the D/S because I changed out the U-joints.
I don’t think that it is the Diff because when I take off slow or just cruse and give it a little bit of gas I don’t feel the hitting.

What are your exhaust mods, it may be the exhaust hitting the axle.

I have a bbk o/r x pipe w/flowteck mufflers that dump before the axle.
