Of all the bonehead coaching decisions I've seen in a game THAT was one of the top 3 in history...

I am more surprised with the lack of timeout when they had like 28 seconds on the clock, and they waited until 9 seconds to take it. THAT was at least AS dumb, if not dumber than the spike call. I can understand they couldn't get the FG team out, but at least do a PLAY, not a spike! sheesh!
I read this morning that they did call TO but the ref didn't hear or acknowledge...and the coaches didnt real;ize they didnt get the TO until alll that time ran off. Likely excuse I guess

Ehh, wound up not be being too bad of a season for us Buckeyes. If you're not gonna go to the NC game (which I'm sure we wouldn't be welcome to even if the BCS said we should go), an outright Big Ten title and a Rose Bowl appearance isn't too shabby. I'm more interested in seeing what TP does in the off-season and if he'll be ready to play QB rather than just athlete who takes the snap, or should I say, if Tress will trust him to play QB. To be blunt, the offense started looking better when Tress took the reigns out of his hand (but even more vanilla/boring, but w/o the turnovers).

Looks like you'll likely be playing Oregon in the Rose bowl, that should make for a pretty good game methinks.
Wasn't able to get online this weekend, but I'd just like to say EAT **** PITT!
Got some small retribution for them beating us a couple years ago- although that win hurt us a lot more than Friday's win hurt them.
Still, I got to go to the game and it was probably the best game I went to all year, close up to the last three seconds when we kicked the winning field goal. Awesome!

Probably, but it's not guaranteed. Texas could surprise the winner of this game. Lord knows I've been on both sides of the coin with my Buckeyes just in the last decade. No one gave us a chance against Miami and everyone thought we had it against Florida.

did not understand that game at all... I dont know if Bama outplayed Florida or if they just gave up .... I know Gators had 2 very close plays that could have been TDs.. Not crying about that Im just saying Gators just give up ...
