Yes!!! just drove to my friends and pulled the Holley intake off.Its huge allso dirty.Is it worth taking the intake up to were my edelbrock rpm performer heads are being porter and get the intake ported to match the heads?Allso what T-Body my buddy has a 65mm it looked old so i didnt take it what about a70mm? Do i need to run a egr spacer??

You might want to grab that 65 if the price is right. If it's dirty and a little bit battered, you can probably make it look and work like new with a little elbow grease. You will also save money and have pride in the fact that you saved a piece of speed equipment.
That does not work if the part is really trashed and beyond repair, but how hard a life can a throttle body live?
Before you send the manifold out for the port match, line up a set of intake gaskets and see how much smaller the ports are. Some of the intakes are designed around the gasket, and you could just ask your head porter to open up your heads to that gasket size. On the other hand, if the gaskets don't match up and the price is low, it can't hurt.

I would not port the Holley anymore. Reason being - since the manifold is already designed to work in the 1500-6500 RPM range, it is already a little too much manifold for an NA 302. If you port it, you're going to shift that RPM range up higher, which will cause you to lose more low end torque than you would have if you would have kept it in box stock form.
Also, if you decide to go with the Holley, I would go with a 70mm TB. You're going to need all the air you can possibly get stuffed into that thing, and I think a 70mm would be a much better selection. You do not need to run an EGR spacer. Only pre-94 cars need to do that.
