holley model 4160

hey everyone,

after farting around with my carb, i decided to get serious and just get a carb kit (hey they're cheap) and i've been looking for some good online resources on tuning these carbs and setting them to their original specs. anyone know of some?

sry fellas , try again, still need help

ok so here's the deal:

when i apply the accel, it will have a short blip of power, then bog and then be off on its way. this ONLY happens from a stop or low speeds.

in park @ idle here's what goes down:

1. short lived rev to 1500
2. as i slowly apply pedal it holds @ 1500
3. all of a sudden, spikes to 2500

i think its got something to do with my accel pump. as far as i know, its got the standard jets, the # on the accel pump is 25, and its a model 4160 ; list- 1850-2
