Hey mob, ur eastern time right? Do u have school tomorrow? and lycnher same to u. How do u guys stay up during morning classes, i got off of wokr at 11 and usually cant go to sleep till one then im up and ready for school at 6:30

Last year I had to get up at 6:30 every day so id be getting minimal hours of sleep and would be pretty much a zombie at school, but Im taking OJT this year whitch is for every 5 hours a week you work you can take a class off, I work 28hrs a week so I could actually take the whole day of school off except 1 or 2 periods, but I need some classes. So I normally have 6 periods, but I have 1st and 6th period OJT, so I wake up at 7:55 every day and am at school at 8:20 and and home by 1:20, its an easy day for my senior year. I figure go to sleep at 1, 7.5 hours of sleep at night isnt bad.
Lucky, my school started july 31st, ends may 25thish

damn I wish I had that OJT or whatever, I work 35 hrs aweek, my shift is from 4-11 5 days a week. Its tuff and i am expected to get straight As and in gifted and AP classes and maintain a good community service record... who does my dad think I am. ****ing superman!?!

Yea i know what its like man, I pretty much just gave up on all that extra stuff, Id work more hours but by law I cant work more the 30hrs a week, i turn 18 in november so im gonna be getting over time and alot more hours.
My goals are to just get through highschool, florida offers a brightfutures scholarship that pays 75% of your tuition and gives you 300 bucks a semester, all you need is a decent sat score and a 3.0 gpa. If you have a 3.5gpa i think and 75hrs comunity service you get 100% tuition paid. I have a 2.9999gpa now so as long as i get decent grades in my classes, finish a class online i get the scholarship, and im going to a comunity college. Ill see what kind of career ill start from there, id like to go into some kind of engineering frim, but I may end up finish 2 years at a cc and then transfering into UCF, depends how much money im making and if I can get some grants.
My shifts at work are 5 days a week, 4-10:30 on weekends, whitch is close, and fri. and sat. its 4-11:30 close also, I dont have a weekend. thursdays i usually work 5-9, and some how I manage to only have 40 bucks in my bank account
