Ok guys me and my friend David are out my house making a custom CAI for his 04 GT. He has stock MAF and TB (actually the whole intake system)

So far we have these parts...

1. 3 inch PVC about 4 feet worth (extra)
2. " 3 inch to 3 inch" 90 degree rubber elbow with clamps
3. 3inch rubber tubing, about 6 inches long

ANY info you can provide on what filter you used , any how to's or pictures would be greatly appreciated. WE NEED THIS INFO SOON!!

Thanks in advance.

Eric and Dave

Go to the K&N website and u can find the part number of the air filter you want (Type and dimensions) , then go to Advance Auto Parts and have them order it. Should be around $40.

#1 CAIs do jack **** for 99+ GTs. Dont waste your time..
#2 If he wants to waste his money...just buy one on EBAY for $50...looks better and it actually comes with everything...you even get the shinny tube ****...

Stop being cheap...jesus...tell him to grow balls...and get gears. :nonono:

1. Go look at the stock intake system dumb s**t, you think all those curves and crimps in the tubing might be just a LITTLE restrictive :bang:

2. Nothing wrong with wanting to save a little money, and those shiny chrome tubes DON'T INSULATE AS WELL AS PVC PIPE

3. He plans on getting gears...some of us don't have unlimited financial resources and have to modify in steps. :damnit:

4. If you don't have anything helpful to contribute, or you if you can't criticize without being an *******, please feel free to NOT post in this particular thread :nonono:  :notnice:
