I know a lot of folks pick up hood struts at various mustang shows, I was looking online and I could only find MRT ones for $119.95......anyone know where to get 'em cheaper?
Go to redlinetuning.com they have three types. The quick lift, $69.95; the quick lift plus, $84.95; and the quck lift elite, $109.95. I have the elites and they work great, very easy to install and look really good.
I made my own ... used stainless brackets from Boaters World ... LINK and some hood struts (can't remember exactly where I got em') .. It was a little less than the kits but SS hardware FTW!!

I used the ones in the link for the brackets on the fender and then I took two more and put them in a vice, hit em' with a rubber mallet to get the angle right for the ones on the hood. Although, I think they sell those brackets also .. they are in the catalog I'm pretty sure but not on the website.
The brackets are pretty small though. Tell me what specific measurements you need ..
